Privacy notice

How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you use our quote form or email us, we receive your name, work email, company name and whatever you write to us. If you sign up for our newsletter, we receive your email address. We don’t ask for anything else, and the site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

The site serves its own fonts and code, so opening a page doesn’t connect you to other companies’ servers. Our website host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request, prepare a quote or send samples, and follow up on that request. If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send it, and every issue lets you unsubscribe. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Depending on how the form is set up, your request either opens in your own email app or is delivered to us through a form service. Either way, it ends up in our email inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep normal business records.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@neekcoating.ca and we’ll reply.
